How much is a transfer from Rome to Fiumicino or Civitavecchia?
Rome city centre to Fiumicino Airport is €80 and Rome to Civitavecchia cruise port is €180, for a Mercedes sedan carrying up to 3 passengers. The price is per car, not per person, and it is fixed: no meter, no luggage fee. Night services between 22:00 and 06:00 carry a 20% surcharge.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Flight tracking is included in every airport transfer. The driver follows the actual landing time and waits up to 60 minutes after landing at no extra charge.
Where do I meet the driver?
At the airport the driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign. At Civitavecchia the driver meets you at the cruise terminal, again with a name sign.
How long does the transfer take?
Rome city centre to Fiumicino takes about 45 minutes, to Ciampino about 35 minutes, and to Civitavecchia cruise port about 75 minutes. Times are door to door in normal traffic.
Which vehicles are used?
A Mercedes sedan for 1 to 3 passengers, a Mercedes minivan for up to 7 passengers and a van for up to 8. Child seats are available on request.
Is there a night or holiday surcharge?
Yes. Services between 22:00 and 06:00 carry a 20% surcharge on the standard daytime fare, and Sundays and national holidays carry a surcharge of up to 50%. The surcharge is always shown in the quote and agreed before departure.
